I didn't know much about Billy's canon, and even though I had no hand in his traitor setting up dealio I found that that he was an interesting contrast to the rest of the cast. Not just because of the fact he was a normie, but due to, of course, his no secret dislike of those who so happened to be super-powered. That being so, he also had his charming moments (yes, I'll say charming) with his rough attitude and even managing to bond with a few others, like Verg, Lacus, despite his own thoughts on people who had supernatural powers.

As always, you're a joy in any game we happen to be in, though hoping maybe next time we can score more CR!
