Kallamar was an extremely bullyable squid, and I think you did a great job with him! There's a certain appeal in playing someone who's already kind of been destabilized from their seat of power in a game with...well, powers, so I really love that you chose to explore that angle with him. His desire for self-preservation above all else as well as his fearfulness really came through. It made so much sense kind of understanding where he was coming from in relation to his canon experiences. It was really cults all the way down, huh...

You did a great job with him!
