WANG LU IS UNREASONABLY FUNNY; HOLY SHIT. Absolute icon, main character of LR in my heart, his sass was incredible to watch

PAAAAAAN!! I loved Wang Lu! What an absolutely great character and someone who really contributed both to the cast and the overall mysteries of the game. He and you both pulled a LOT of weight in keeping things going, from character interactions to meetings/parties to trials to goofing around in the chat. Your combined presence was huge in maintaining the game's energy, and I can't overstate that! What an absolutely lovely character AND person to interact with.

I think you struck such a beautiful balance between the humor and the heartfelt. I love that Luna called him "unreasonably funny" in her comment because that's exactly what I would call it. He had me cracking up so many times, but then I'd see his care for others shine through in his actions as well. It was a wonderful balance of nuance! He's so strong...so genre-savvy. Beyond that, I really loved our CR. They had such good albeit always slightly alarmed vibes... it was always nice to just have someone to irreverently brain-beam in solidarity. Brofist. Kinda.

I'm so glad we had the chance to play together! I'm looking forward to whatever incredibly handsome airbrushed chaos I see from you next time. BLESS OUR MESS!!

Me having seen glimpses of people enjoying the canon that Wang Lu is from:

Hmm I finally get to see this gremlin (?) in RP, what is he going to be like...

From his silliness to his adorable flirty-self, and his own main character-esque antics (his show is on a list of 'to watch' with some of my friends now, congratulations!), it was a joy just seeing him around in the game being unrepentantly himself! Various moments stuck in mind was when he got into the shit alongside lab party fam, actually freaking out a little at an execution and losing his cool, and then when he said he'd break Billy's balls if he stepped out of line again! Though, trust me when there are other memorable moments as well.

I feel with the way a character like him is presented he easily could've wound up seemingly one-note, but you did way in exemplifying other aspects of him as well, making him appear as the very well-rounded, charming character that he is! I also enjoyed the character interactions with Wang Lu and Merlin a ton, and wished we really did have the opportunity for more in-game, but it is what it is. Not to mention, seeing the way he flourished with various conversations to other characters was entertaining all on its own.

As a little sidebar, I'm very happy we had the chance to role-play in a game again. It'd been like, quite a long while since we did, and I'd missed it very much! Me seeing you show up on interest check and crossing fingers you'd be able to join... Anyways, here's hoping we get the chance in another game or elsewhere.
