Hi, this is Reina, and I'm bringing Ibuki/Moravia from Paradigm Paradox, an otome game version of a Precure villain. Has a mysterious and off vibe, partly due to a) natural airheadedness, b) not identifying as human, and c) letting the kids terrorize a colony whenever they want. But no worries, there are no plans to get rid of humans yet!
